1. RENDLE STRESS ROADMAP
Your lifestyle plays a leading role in your health and wellbeing. We hope to raise more awareness about the importance of lifestyle choices. The RENDLE STRESS ROADMAP is created through a dynamic questionnaire and it should take you about 10 minutes to answer the questions. Following the completion of the stress assessment you will receive your personalized STRESS ROADMAP & CHECKLIST. The scores and feedback will help you to manage your stress better. Stress management is fortunately a skill that can be learned.
2. HOW TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS?
How to fill out the questionnaire? After you click START you will be taken to your stress questionnaire. Make sure once you answered the last question to click the SUBMIT button. We believe it is pretty straight forward to answer the questions, but just in case we explain below 3 different question types. Keep in mind there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers, just your answers.

Click on the appropriate radio button answer. You will then automatically advance to the next question.
DROPDOWN QUESTIONS: SELECT ONLY ONE ANSWER
Select the appropriate answer in the drop down menu. You will then automatically advance be taken to the next question.
CHECKBOX QUESTIONS: CHECK ALL APPROPRIATE ANSWERS
And then click on the FORWARD arrow or NEXT-button to progress to the next question You will see these after checkbox questions or after reading instructions.
