WHAT IS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?

A healthy lifestyle is comprised of the daily choices you make, which will help you to maintain or improve your overall health and wellbeing. These choices include your sleep, stress, happiness, exercise and nutrition, which are all largely within your control. We have developed a set of healthy guidelines below based on the latest research from leading institutions, lifestyle medicine experts and behavioral scientists.

RENDLE’S HEALTHY LIFESTYLE GUIDELINES:

·   Sleeping at least 7 quality hours per night

·   Walking a minimum of 30 minutes per day

·   Consuming at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day

·   Engaging in strength training 2 or more times per week

·   Not smoking

·   Not drinking too many calories

When you are sleep deprived, very stressed and/or unhappy, you are missing key components of a healthy lifestyle. We’ve created RENDLE RULES, a series of short and simple guidelines that will help boost literacy levels across your population. As we mentioned before, sleep, stress, happiness, exercise and nutrition are all linked. RENDLE RULES will help people understand how these different lifestyle components are connected and what they can do to positively impact their health and happiness on a daily basis.
