RENDLE RULES: HEALTHY WEIGHT

We have taken the latest science around health and wellbeing and made it simple to understand through our RENDLE RULES. In this 15-minute audio we discuss 14 HEALTHY WEIGHT RULES. Adequate sleep, good stress management, a positive mindset and exceeding recommended guidelines for exercise and nutrition are all important elements of healthy weight management. This audio provides practical steps and simple things we can do on a daily basis to feel our best and achieve and maintain a healthy weight.. Before you start any weight loss plan try to meet and exceed these six basic guidelines:

  • Drink water or tea

  • Sleep 7+ hours per night

  • Walk 30+ minutes per day

  • Eat 3+ servings of vegetables per day

  • Do strength training 2+ times per week

  • Don’t smoke
